Amitabh Bachchan's Heartwarming Act: Offers Unconditional Support to Rain-Soaked Girl Selling Roses
Renowned actor Amitabh Bachchan recently shared a touching encounter he had with a young girl selling roses on the rain-soaked streets of Mumbai. In a recent blog post, Amitabh recounted how he called the partially drenched girl over to his car and selflessly handed her some money without bothering to count it.
In his heartfelt blog entry, Amitabh described the scene where the young girl, with a weathered face and a bunch of rain-worn roses wrapped in rough paper plastic, went from car window to car window in search of sales to support herself and possibly her family. Despite facing disinterest and rejections from other cars, Amitabh beckoned her towards him.
Although the police car behind him warned the girl not to approach, she hesitantly responded to Amitabh's call. He looked into her eyes, filled with sadness and anticipation, wondering about her uncertain future. Without asking the price of the roses or counting the money, Amitabh handed her a sum and let her keep the bouquet. He assured her that there was no need for negotiation, and urged her to go.
Amitabh expressed his gratitude and concluded the blog by capturing the profound impact of his gesture. He described the girl's face as a mixture of surprise, fulfillment, and a desire to share the joy with her family, knowing that not only her hunger would be satisfied but also that of her loved ones for days to come.
On the professional front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Sooraj Barjatya's "Uunchai" alongside Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Danny Denzongpa, and Parineeti Chopra. He is currently involved in Project K, directed by Nag Ashwin, a sci-fi film featuring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani. The film is being shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu. Additionally, Bachchan will soon appear in Ribhu Dasgupta's "Section 84."
