Recently, she showcased a custom-made ethnic ensemble that not only exuded elegance but also drew inspiration from historical tales. Styled by Sukriti Grover, the actress donned a graceful Sukriti and Aakriti Anarkali, which featured voluminous flare, intricate floral embroidery in gold, and a contrasting border. The ensemble, in beige with a beautifully embroidered broad border, radiated glamour.
Adding to the ensemble's allure was a stunning Kalamkari shawl by Shaza, known as the 'Ayodhya Tales' shawl. This hand-embroidered masterpiece took 6000 working hours and the talent of ten artisans to create. The shawl depicted scenes from the Ramayana, including Panchavati, Swayamvar, Ashok Vatika, and Ram Darbaar, showcasing intricate paintings of palaces, clothing, vegetation, birds, and animals. The designer, Sukriti Grover, meticulously crafted the drawings with the help of intimate observations from books and references.
The attention to detail extended to Kriti's choice of accessories, featuring an array of opulent jewelry from renowned brands such as Amrapali, Curio Cottage, My Motifs by Surabhi Didwania, and Raabta by Rahul. Circular earrings, a studded choker, a plain gold necklace, bangles, and rings adorned her look, enhancing the overall opulence.
