Sanjith Konda House, an 18-year-old hailing from Bengaluru, India, initially set out on a conventional path when he left his homeland for Australia. His destination was La Trobe University's Bundoora Campus in Melbourne, where he began pursuing a Bachelor of Business Studies. However, a unique twist in his journey took him away from the typical academic trajectory and into the realm of entrepreneurship, giving rise to the 'Dropout Chaiwala' phenomenon.

Choosing to depart from college during his fifth semester, Sanjith made the bold decision to launch his own tea business. This move demonstrated his exceptional courage, a quality nurtured by his independent upbringing. Raised by a father who worked as a mechanical engineer for a Saudi Arabian oil company and a homemaker mother, Sanjith was accustomed to shouldering responsibilities that were beyond his years.

With an initial investment of AUD 2 lakh, Sanjith, in collaboration with his friend Asar Ahmed Syed and two college seniors, Preetam Akula and Arun P. Singh, established the first 'Dropout Chaiwala' outlet on Elizabeth Street. Their modest menu featured five varieties of chai, gradually capturing the attention of students and office-goers alike. Although the venture began slowly, Sanjith's unwavering determination propelled it forward.

By the following March, a mobile chai truck was introduced, serving various university events, festivals, and weddings. Another significant milestone was achieved in August with the opening of a third store on La Trobe Street. Guided by Sanjith's leadership and with the dedicated efforts of his team, including Apoorva Singla, an Indian student managing the Elizabeth store, Dropout Chaiwala expanded its offerings to include light snacks. In a remarkably short span of time, the business generated AUD 1 million in sales and provided employment for 40 individuals, transforming Sanjith's audacious move into a thriving achievement.

Today, at the age of 22, Sanjith revels in a life that he has meticulously constructed. Alongside his flourishing business journey, he engages in activities such as Cross-fit, swimming, and climbing. His mother's pride and contentment serve as a testament to his accomplishments, showcasing the remarkable power of courage, determination, and the ability to carve out an unconventional path.

Sanjith Konda House's story transcends the mere establishment of a million-dollar enterprise; it encapsulates a compelling narrative of entrepreneurial zeal, resolute perseverance, and the significance of daring to dream.
