Hailing from Madhya Pradesh, Sachin Atulkar was born on August 8, 1984. After completing his BCom degree, he dedicated himself to preparing for the UPSC Civil Service Examination (CSE), a highly competitive national exam in India. Remarkably, at the age of 22, he cleared the exam on his first attempt, securing the 258th All India Rank (AIR) in 2006. This outstanding achievement paved his path to joining the Indian Police Service (IPS), showcasing the immense dedication and hard work he put into cracking one of the toughest exams.
